Gidarakou Isabella

Dr. I. Gidarakou has graduated from the Agricultural University of Athens and holds a Ph.D. degree from the same University. Today she is a Professor on the faculty of the Agricultural University of Athens and teaches the courses “Comparative Agriculture I”, “Comparative Agriculture II”, “Agricultural Extension Services”, “Gender and Equality of Opportunities”. At the graduate level she teaches courses in agritourism. Her research activities and publications is focused mainly on agricultural systems, structural adjustment, rural employment and gender issues. She has participated in many research projects at the national and European level.
